Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within the US is free.
Shipment processing time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 1 working day (Monday - Friday), Transited time 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm Mountain Standard Time (GMT-07:00) on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

Do I have to pay shipping charges?
There is no shipping charge for regular orders within the US.
When will I receive the ordered products?
Your product will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?
We try our best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we are unable to ship to your zip code.
Do you ship International?
No, we currently do not ship to countries outside of the US.
